Last updated: April 23, 2026. By joining the Raffine waitlist, you agree to the following terms.
1. Beta and Waitlist Status
Raffine is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the API or future services. The feature set described on this landing page is subject to change based on regulatory feedback and technical feasibility.
2. Referral Program Rules
Our referral program is designed for genuine sharing among developers. Creation of fake accounts or "botting" to gain a higher position in the queue is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to disqualify accounts and reset positions for any user suspected of fraudulent activity.
3. No Financial Services
At this waitlist stage, Raffine does not hold funds, process live transactions, or provide financial services. We act solely as a technology layer for instruction routing to existing licensed gateways.
4. Communications
By providing your email, you agree to receive waitlist updates, developer surveys, and launch announcements. You can opt-out at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Raffine shall not be liable for any potential data loss or service unavailability during the waitlist period. Our services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
